Chocolate Covered Gourmet Popcorn

This is just like the expensive popcorn you may get during the holidays as a treat. Be careful because once you start, you can't stop eating it!

3 TBL Corn Syrup
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
1/4 c. Butter

Popcorn - one batch will cover one jelly roll pan
Pretzel sticks
Milk Chocolate
White Chocolate
(I bought the large chocolate chunks they sell at the grocery store and guessed on the amounts.)

Line jelly roll pan with parchment paper. Pop popcorn (I prefer nonmicrowave) and spread out evenly on parchment paper.
Bring the corn syrup, brown sugar and butter to a boil and cook until hard crack stage. Pour over popcorn and let cool. Break up pretzel sticks and spread all over the popcorn.

Warm the white chocolate until melted and drizzle over popcorn. Stir the popcorn so you get a nice even coat of white chocolate on the popcorn. Warm milk chocolate until melted. With a large spoon, use back and forth motions over the white chocolate covered popcorn for a thin drizzled look. Let cool and enjoy!
