I don't like Tuna Casserole and Trev will never eat it. I made this once when he was out of town and it was yummy!
3 c. egg noodles
2 cans tuna, drained
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. chopped green onions
1/3 c. sour cream
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. mayo
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 t. salt
1 small zucchini
1 c. shredded cheese
1 tomato chopped.
Mix ingredients and add cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
