Pizza Crust

I don't think my pizza crust recipe is anything special but I've had a few requests for it. I've included both white and wheat recipes below.

White Pizza Crust (thick, bread like, makes great breadsticks too)
9-11 oz warm water
3/4 tsp salt
3 Tbl Olive oil
4 c. all purpose flour
2 tsp active dry yeast

Put dough in mixer and mix until soft and elastic like. Allow to raise (double in size) in a warm area. (Or throw in your bread machine and use the dough setting.) Roll out on to an oiled pizza dish. Cook it for 10-15 minutes at 400 degrees. Pull out, add toppings and cook for about 15 more minutes or until just browned on top.

Whole Wheat Pizza Crust
8-10 oz warm water
1 1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 Tbl olive oil
1 1/2 Tbl honey
3 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/3 c. wheat germ
2 1/4 tsp. active dry yeast

For fun, add dough enhancer instead of wheat germ. Also some italian spices are fun as well.
Put dough in mixer and mix until soft and elastic like (dough should pull away from sides of mixing bowl). Allow dough to rise in a warm stop until doubled in size. (Or throw in your bread machine and use the dough setting.) Roll out on to an oiled pizza dish, add toppings and cook 20-30 minutes.
