My sister turned 30! We decided to try the Blue Lemon Restaurant in Highland . She had shrimp tacos, I believe and I had salmon. It was flavorful and yummy. It's designed to be a fast-food, healthy restaurant. They ask for you to order your meal up front and pay for it. You aren't served at the table but a waitress usually will come by and ask how your food it. A little pricey but I felt the price with the food and quality of the food was just right.
