What?!? I've never made these but if I ever need them, I have the recipe. And if you want to try them and save some money, here is the recipe. I got this from my sister. She used this recipe and they really worked for her.
3 1/2 c. water
1 Tbl. baby soap
1 Tbl. baby oil
Viva brand paper towels
Take a serrated-edge knife and cut the paper towels in half and set aside. Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan. Add soap and baby oil. Remove solution from the heat. Place each section of paper towels in the water and let soak for 15 minutes and let cool. Remove and place baby wipes in a container and they're ready to use!
